Users must use Quantistrive lawfully, carefully and only for authorised projects. Login credentials are personal and must be kept secure.

Clear agreements about use.
These terms apply to visits to the Quantistrive website and use of the pilot software. Commercial services are governed by separately agreed terms.
Project outputs
Calculations, signals and proposals support decisions. Dimensions, product specifications, structural requirements, fire safety and orders must be checked by a qualified professional before execution.
Availability and changes
The service may be improved, maintained or changed. Reasonable measures are taken to safeguard continuity, security and recoverability.
Intellectual property
The software, design, calculation logic and documentation remain protected. Client project data remains the client’s, subject to the rights required to provide the service.
Liability
Liability and warranties are governed by the applicable agreement and the limits of Dutch law.
